Task Force on Long-Term Sustainability of Affordable Housing


The Task Force on Long-Term Sustainability of Affordable Housing was established to evaluate issues and provide recommendations relating to affordable housing sustainability, including displacement of tenants, preservation of housing previously developed with public financing, and long-term sustainability of new housing developments.

The Task Force will expire on February 1, 2025.

The Task Force consists of 21 members.

  • 1 appointee by the house minority leader
  • 1 appointee by the senate majority leader
