Legislative Coordinating Commission
Fiscal Services Office


The LCC Fiscal Services Office (FSO) provides budget, payroll and accounting support to the Joint Legislative Offices and Commissions. Financial functions include establishment and management of budget accounts, report development, cost projections, payroll accounting, management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, and processing of commission member and staff expense reimbursements. The office also provides Human Resource transactional support services such as timecard and leave administration, policy development and communications, initiating and maintaining employee records, and payroll and benefits support.

Additionally, the Legislative Coordinating Commission serves as the fiscal agent for certain legislative-wide activities, with the FSO responsible for carrying out this work.
