Below are links to the forms included in our application packet. The application form is the only document that must be printed out and submitted with a signature. The other documents are meant to provide you with information about the council and the criteria council members will be looking for in candidates for the Board of Trustees.
Letter from the TCAC chair and application form
The application can be filled out online using Adobe Acrobat, but a paper copy must be printed, signed and sent to the TCAC office for consideration.
TCAC Application Attachments
These include: Recruitment Schedule, Frequently Asked Questions, MnSCU Facts, Criteria for Board Members, Responsibilities for Individual Members of the Board of Trustees, Board Member Duties and Activities, Board FY 2010 Meeting Calendar, the Board of Trustees Code of Conduct and the Conflict of Interest Statement.

Signed application forms must be submitted to the TCAC office by 4:30 p.m. on February 26, 2010. Applications are being accepted at the following address:
