Regent Candidate Advisory Council

The links below will bring you to printable copies of the forms included in our application packet. The application form is the only document that must be printed out and submitted with a signature. The other attachments are meant to provide you with information about the council and the criteria council members will be looking for in candidates to the Board of Regents.

2004 APPLICATION MATERIALS

Letter from the RCAC chair and application form*
The application can be filled out online using Adobe Acrobat, but a paper copy must be printed, signed and sent to the RCAC office for consideration.

Application attachments*
These include: Recruitment Schedule, Board of Regent Responsibilities, Individual Regent Responsibilities, Criteria for University Regents, Code of Ethics, and Statement of Diversity.

* Application materials are posted as Portable Document Format (PDF) files and must be viewed with Acrobat Reader Software. A free version of this software is available on the Adobe Web site. Adobe also provides free accessibility tools for screen reader access.

Completed and signed application forms must be submitted to the RCAC office by 4:30 p.m. on December 6, 2004. 
Application packets are also available by mail or fax; call (651) 296-9002 to request a copy.  Applications will be accepted at the following address:
