2. Review and consideration of the 2012 Omnibus Retirement Bill.
    - Base document for review: Amendment H2199-7A.
    - The Commission will entertain pertinent testimony containing information that was not
       previously presented to the Commission or that supplements prior testimony.
    - The Commission will consider amendments related to the 2012 Omnibus Retirement Bill.
    - Final action on the Commission recommendation on the 2012 Omnibus Retirement Bill
       will be taken at the March 13, 2012, Commission meeting.
