1.1    Senator Vandeveer moved to amend S.F. No. 2720 as follows:
1.2Page 92, after line 21, insert:

1.3    "Section 1. [3.0835] DEFERRED COMPENSATION LIMIT.
1.4    No member of the legislature may receive state funds exceeding $500 per calendar
1.5year as a contribution to a deferred compensation account established for the benefit of
1.6the member."
1.7Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.8Amend the title accordingly
1.9    The motion prevailed. #did not prevail. So the amendment was #not adopted.
