  1.1      Senator Kelley moved to amend S.F. No. 1057  as follows: 
  1.2      Page 88, line 6, delete the new language and strike 
  1.3   "percent of the salary" 
  1.4      Page 88, line 7, strike everything before "at" and insert 
  1.5   "the limit under section 43A.17, subdivision 9," 
  1.6      Page 88, line 8, strike "received" and insert "earned" 
  1.7      The motion prevailed.  #did not prevail.  So the amendment 
  1.8   was #not adopted.
