  1.1     Senator ..... moves to amend the SCS1057A‑5 amendment to 

  1.2  S.F. No. 1057 as follows: 

  1.3     Page 55, after line 26, insert: 

  1.4     "Sec. 44. APPROPRIATION. 

  1.5     $2,500,000 is appropriated from the education reserve 

  1.6  account in the special revenue fund to the commissioner of 

  1.7  finance for transfer to the teachers retirement fund as required 

  1.8  by section 7.  $1,250,000 is for the fiscal year ending June 30, 

  1.9  2006, and $1,250,000 is for the fiscal year ending June 30, 

  1.10 2007." 

  1.11    Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal 

  1.12 references 

  1.13    Amend the title accordingly
