The contents of S.F. 1160 (Senjem); H.F. 567 (Demmer), as amended by the Commission, was recommended for inclusion in the 2005 Omnibus Pension Bill by the Commission on April 6, 2005, but the Commission staff erroneously omitted it from Document LCPR05-231.

S.F. 1160 (Senjem); H.F. 567 (Demmer), as amended by the Commission, would extend the current prior military service credit purchase authority for the four teacher retirement plans and other general employee retirement plans until 2007.

The omission was brought to the attention of the Commission staff by J. Michael Stoffel, Executive Director of the Duluth Teachers Retirement Fund Association

Page 63, Lines 6 and 11

Page 159, Line 54
