  1.2  as follows: 

  1.3     Page 1, line 27, after "may" delete the balance of the line 

  1.4  and insert "elect to have all or any portion of the payment

  1.5  amount under this section paid in the form of a direct rollover

  1.6  to an eligible retirement plan as defined in section 402(c) of

  1.7  the federal Internal Revenue Code that is specified by the

  1.8  retired member.  If the retired member dies with a balance

  1.9  remaining payable under this section, the surviving spouse of

  1.10 the retired member, or if none, the deceased person's designated

  1.11 beneficiary, or if none, the administrator of the deceased

  1.12 person's estate may elect a direct rollover under this

  1.13 paragraph.""
