  1.2     Page 127, after line 26, insert: 

  1.3     "Sec. 10.  APPROPRIATION REDUCTION. 

  1.4     The general fund appropriation in Laws 2003, First Special 

  1.5  Session chapter 1, article 1, section 2, subdivision 4, for the 

  1.6  fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, is reduced by $152,000." 

  1.7     Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal 

  1.8  references 

  1.9     Amend the title accordingly
