  1.1     ............... moves to amend S.F. No. 676, the first 

  1.2  engrossment (S0676-1), as follows: 

  1.3     Page 2, after line 46, insert: 

  1.4     "Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 352.91, 

  1.5  subdivision 3g, is amended to read: 

  1.6     Subd. 3g.  ADDITIONAL CORRECTIONS DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL. 

  1.7  (a) "Covered correctional service" means service by a state 

  1.8  employee in one of the employment positions at the designated 

  1.9  Minnesota correctional facility specified in paragraph (b), 

  1.10 provided that if at least 75 percent of the employee's working 

  1.11 time is spent in direct contact with inmates and the fact of 

  1.12 this direct contact is certified to the executive director by 

  1.13 the commissioner of corrections. 

  1.14    (b) The qualifying employment positions and the designated 

  1.15 correctional facilities are: 

  1.16    (1) corrections discipline unit supervisor, at the 

  1.17 Minnesota Correctional Facility-Faribault, the Minnesota 

  1.18 Correctional Facility-Lino Lakes, the Minnesota Correctional 

  1.19 Facility-Oak Park Heights, the Minnesota Correctional 

  1.20 Facility-Rush City, and the Minnesota Correctional Facility-St. 

  1.21 Cloud; 

  1.22    (2) dental assistant registered, at the Minnesota 

  1.23 Correctional Facility-Faribault, the Minnesota Correctional 

  1.24 Facility-Lino Lakes, the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Moose 

  1.25 Lake, the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Oak Park Heights, and 

  1.26 the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Red Wing; 

  1.27    (3) dental hygienist, at the Minnesota Correctional 

  1.28 Facility-Shakopee and the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Rush 

  1.29 City; 

  1.30    (4) psychologist 2, at the Minnesota Correctional 

  1.31 Facility-Faribault, the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Lino 

  1.32 Lakes, the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Moose Lake, the 

  1.33 Minnesota Correctional Facility-Oak Park Heights, the Minnesota
