Amendment to the LCPR03-108 amendment to HF 308: 

Paragraph (e), 3rd line, after "receipt of," insert: 

"documentation showing that the individual would have otherwise been eligible

for coverage by general employees retirement plan of the public employees

retirement association if the service had been rendered after July 1, 1979, and"
