Electronic Real Estate Recording Task Force (Sunset June 30,2008)
Minnesota's Electronic Real Estate Task Force was commissioned in 2001 and authorized to
establish statewide standards for electronic real estate recording in Minnesota. The
Electronic Real Estate Recording Task Force sunset on June 30, 2008 and it was
replaced by the Electronic Real Estate Recording Commission.
